Elizabeth was preceded in death by her first husband: Lawrence Bell, her second husband: David Dawson, her third husband: Richard Halcomb, her daughter: Wanda Turner, her parents: Doc Todd & Goldie Todd-Beggs, and her three grandsons: Gregory Bell, Joshua Turner & Joshua Bell. She is survived by her children: Arnold (Susan) Bell, James (Debbie) Bell, Steve (Cindy) Bell, David (Maureen) Bell, Joy (Phil) Clutts, step-son: Dale Dawson, brothers & sisters: Charlie (Judy) Todd, Lloyd (Joan) Todd, Buddy (Arlene) Todd, Bobby (Maggie) Todd, Corky (Kathy) Todd, Donnie (John) Kleinfeldt, Wanda McKenzie & Larry (Peggy) Todd, her 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & many friends. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
