Effie Tilley's Obituary
Effie I. (Hamm) Tilley, 90, of Fairview Height, formerly of East Carondelet, Ill., born, February 21, 1926 in Hackleburg, AL., passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
Effie had worked at PN Hirsch in Cahokia as a retail clerk.
Effie was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Tilley, her son, Bill Hamm, her daughter, Judy Smith, and her parents, Zell and Leatha, nee Tyra, Lolley.
Surviving are her daughter, Rita Fritch, her two sons, Rick Hamm and Charlie (Deby) Hamm. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society
Private family graveside services will be held at Union Hill Cemetery in Hackleburg, Alabama.
