Dustin Eric Hand, 35 yrs., of Fairview Heights, IL and formerly of Cahokia, IL, passed away at Northside Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL. He was born in St. Louis, MO, the son of Ronald (Renee) Hand of Tampa, FL, and Myra (Mark) Hatch of Columbia, IL, who survive him. Dustin was a member of Laborers' Union Local 742, Mascoutah, IL, and a former member of Laborers' Local 459, Belleville, IL.
