Mrs. Serafini was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Altar Sodality, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Daughters of Isabella, Mother's Club, Project Esteem - St. Louis Alzheimer's Assoc., St. Louis PFLAG Chapter, a past Girl Scout Leader, and was an avid bowler.
She had been married to the late Guido Serafini, who passed away Nov. 7, 1997.
