OBITUARY
Dorine Adalinda Enderle Uhrhan
Dorine Adalinda nee Enderle Uhrhan, 96 years of Belleville, IL., formerly of Dupo, IL., was called home on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Dammert Geriatric Center, Belleville, IL. She was born October 20, 1922, in Kelso, MO.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dupo, IL. She served her country as a "Rosie the Riveter" during World War II, and retired as an Amalgamated Garment Union Seamstress at Modern Jacket in St. Louis, MO.
Surviving are her daughter, Joanna (Ron) Mentel of Belleville, IL.; her sons, Rick (Cheryl) Uhrhan of Columbia, IL.; & Dave (Becky) Uhrhan of Dupo, IL.; her grandchildren, Matthew (Michelle) Mentel, Sarah (John) Biermann, Greg (Erica) Uhrhan, Mark (friend, Taylor Hammett) Uhrhan, Dan (Allycia) Uhrhan, Mandy (Andrew) Evers, Tim (Jennifer) Uhrhan; her great-grandchildren, Hannah, Bria, Keira, and Nathan Mentel, Elsa and Otto Uhrhan, and Darby Evers, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Bernard K. "Barney" Uhrhan and her parents, Mike and Johanna nee Bles Enderle; her sisters, Lillian Peetz, Delphine Uhrhan, Anna Marie Burger, Adalinda Loos and Alvera Metheny; and her brothers, Gilbert Enderle and Donald Enderle.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL.
Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dupo, IL., with Fr. Linus Umoren officiating. A visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to services.
Interment will follow in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
