Donna Jean Koudelka's Obituary
Donna Jean Koudelka, 72 years of Swansea, IL, passed away on January 26, 2024, at Four Fountains Care Center, Belleville, IL. She was born February 27, 1951, in Belleville, IL.
Donna lived a life full of laughter and love. She loved her family and treasured spending time with her grandsons more than anything.
Surviving is her Son, Kody Koudelka, Grandsons, Tyler Koudelka and Damyen Koudelka, Brother, Jerry (Millie) Koudelka, Niece, Kelly (Bob) Phillips, Nephew, Chris (Amy) Koudelka, Great-Nephews, Nicholas Koudelka, Nate Phillips, and Cooper Koudelka, Great-Niece, Kenzy Koudelka, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton "Kody" and Martha Koudelka.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of customary remembrances and flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to the family in order to establish a college fund for Donna's grandsons, Tyler and Damyen. Donations can be directed to Kody Koudelka.
