Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife: Jean Johnson, nee Fauerbach of Columbia, IL., his children: Michael, Jeffery, & Suzanne, his grandchildren: Ashley & Danielle Johnson, and Andy Klucker, his mother: Hazel Johnson, nee Holliday, his brother: Lloyd Johnson, & his sister: Katie Allen, also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Livestrong Foundation.
