Dear Marilyn & Don's family...
As a new arrival to IL, Don & Marilyn were some of my first new friends in the area. Our times together were short, but special, at meals and visits.
As one who is about Don's age, I felt he was like a big brother--I looked forward to our times together.
I was honored that he could attend our wedding last fall. I'll always remember his twinkly eyes and hearty laugh.

Marilyn,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I'm sincerely sorry for your loss. I remember your husband being in Desert Storm and he became ill after he returned. You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Marilyn:
You have my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your hubby, Don. I'm so sorry he lost his battle with cancer. May he be blessed from above and I pray you will be surrounded in comfort in your time of need. I will keep you in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Diana Coleman

Marilyn, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband. I know you must be so heart-broken and nothing but time and faith can ease your pain. Just try to hold on to all of the happy memories and think of the good times you shared. I know we don't understand why loved ones are taken from us way too young, we just have to realize that it is all part of God's plan and that one day we will understand. My prayers will be with you.
