Diana Marie Murphy, 82 years of Belleville, IL, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 in Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois. She was born June 6, 1940, in Staten Island, New York.
She enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting, and doing crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Donna (Nik) Baltz of Belleville, Illinios and her son Ray (Patti) Murphy, Jr. of Clearwater, Florida, her siblings, Kathy (Val) McEnerney, Susan McEnerney, and Billy (Becky) McEnerney, her niece and nephew, Scott and Debbie, her three granddaughters, Jennifer, Claudia, and Samantha, her four great-grandchildren, Olivie, Brock, Briar and Breck, her sister-in-law, Muriel Murphy, along with other relatives and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, William McEnerney; her mother, Ethel Gerturde McEnerney; her husband, Raymond James Murphy, Sr.; and her brother, Kevin McEnerney;
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Millstadt Senior Center 102 So. Jefferson St., Millstadt, IL 62260.
