Thinking of Mike's visits in our "Corner Convenience Store" with Dave & I. Also when he was at the 4 way stop for Christmas, outside of our store as "Santa" handing out candy canes from a gunny sack & his visit inside as Dave took pics. of him. No one knew who "Santa" was as the 8x 10 pic. graced out wall! Many good memories of Mike.
My deepest sympathy to all of Mike' s family...we truly enjoyed knowing Mike for years.

My sympathy to all his loved ones. In about 1980 I was working for Monroe County Farm Bureau. Our Manager had taken a job with St. Clair Cty F.B. The Fair was going on for Monroe County. We were promoting some type of radio for farmers to listen to for prices on grain, etc. Mike came down and helped me out at that time which meant so much to me. I thought he was a great guy. Retired in 1997 after 33 years so have lot of memories.
