Delbert F. Koch , 81, of Columbia, IL, passed away at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born in Fults, IL, the son of Fred and Maria (Schmidt) Koch. He had worked at Union Electric as an electrician and had been a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL, and the Columbia Sister Cities Program. He was married to the late Alvira (Mehrtens) Koch. They were married on December 12, 1953, at New Hanover, IL.
