He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 50 years: June Turner, nee Mitchell, his parents: James & Ethel, nee Sanders, Turner, his father-in-law & mother-in-law: John & Mildred Mitchell, his son: John Gardner Turner, his brothers: Arthur Turner, James Turner, & Harold Dale Turner, and his sisters: Patricia Stuart & Martha Arye. He is survived by his children: Teresa (Ron) Andres, Darrell L. (Marilyn) Turner, Patricia (Kent) Lischer, Nancy (Brian) Holdener and Lynda (Jeff) Weber, his grandchildren: Danielle (Andy) Dohrman, Angelia Scott, Courtney Andres, Rebecca Ashler, Christopher Ashler, Aimee (Anthony) Griffin, Melissa (Steve) Thompson, Kristi Turner, Diane Turner, David Turner, Darla Turner, Stephanie (Robert) Kitsmiller, Ashley Moore, Miles Lischer, Zachary Holdener, Brittnee Holdener, Sarah Weber and Natalie Weber, his great grandchildren: Jonathon, Jennifer, Noah, Hannah, Abigail, Emily, Audrey, Amelia, Brooklyn, Jeff, Gracie, & Cailou, his brother: Max Turner, his brother-in-law: Ken Mitchell, his sister-in-law: Delores Turner, his special friend: Annie & constant companion: Baby boo, he is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & friends. Darrell will be sadly missed by all who entered his life. Mr. Turner was a US Marine veteran. Memorials may be made to Unity Hospice of Greater St. Louis.
