Curtis Eugene Shoffner, 78 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born in Manila, AR, the son of the late Clarence and Ermal (Thomas) Shoffner. He was employed for over 20 years as a claims representative for the Social Security Administration in Arnold, MO. He was married to Helen (Lay) Shoffner, who survives him. They were married on September 27, 1952, at Olivette, MO.
