Clifford F. Basinski's Obituary
Clifford F. Basinski, 86 years of Waterloo, IL, formerly of Cahokia, IL., born September 23, 1931 in East St Louis, IL., passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at Oak Hill in Waterloo, IL.
Mr. Basinski was a member of the Polish American War Veterans in Caseyville, IL.
He is survived by his sons, Joe (Geri) Basinski & Stephen Basinski; his daughter, Cindy (Mike) McEntire; his four grandsons, Drew (Megan) McEntire, Josh (Leslie) Basinski, Jason (Maura) Hubbard & Shane Basinski; his two granddaughters, Lindsey (Ryan) Klippel & Shannon (Matt) Eaton, nine great-grandchildren, Connor & Nicholas Basinski, Harlow, Rowan, Brad & Samantha Eaton, Sutton & Keller Klippel and Makenna Hubbard; along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Patricia Basinski, nee Parentin and his parents, Joseph & Catherine, nee Warchol, Basinski, four brothers and three sisters.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL.
Burial services will be private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
