Clarence L. Thomas, Jr., 75 yrs., of Waterloo, IL, passed away on August 11, 2016. He was born in East St. Louis, IL, the son of the late Clarence L., Sr., and Mildred, nee Kirby, Thomas. Clarence was an active volunteer with the Salvation Army in the St. Louis area. He was a devout Christian who read the Bible often. He was retired from the Terminal Railroad Assoc. of St. Louis, MO, where he had worked as a diesel mechanic. He was married to the late Rosetta, nee Timmons, Thomas. They were married on March 4, 1983, in Belleville, IL. She had passed away March 13, 2016.
