Ivan was preceded in death by his wife Bertha M. Foutch, nee Hasty, his son: Steven R. ôRedö Foutch, his parents: Earl and Etta, nee Schirtz, Foutch, and three brothers: Ardella, Lester and Morris Foutch, and a son-in-law: Dennis Keys. He is survived by his children: Bruce (Kim) Foutch, Gary Foutch and Dennis (Kim) Foutch all of East Carondelet, IL., Lorri Keys of East Carondelet, IL., Chris (Todd) Westover of Hillsboro, Mo., Linda Fitch of Benton, IL., Rita (Alan) Voice of DuQuoin, IL., Wayne Foutch of DuQuoin, IL., Rick (Karen) Foutch of DuQuoin, IL., Keith (Cathy) Foutch of Pinckneyville, IL., and Pam (Mike) Bial of Christopher, IL. Grandchildren: Timothy, Bruce II, Joey and Kyle Foutch, Matthew Perez, Kaitlyn and Isabella Foutch, Dennis II and Emily Keys, great grandson: Brayden Westover, he is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Ivan was retired as yardmaster from Union Pacific Railroad after 40 years of service. He was a member of Emeth Masonic Lodge #1030 A.F & A.M. in Cahokia, IL., Ainad ShrinerÆs, VFW Post 6368 in Dupo, IL., and American Legion Post 485 in Dupo, IL. Ivan was a WW II Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
