Christopher is survived by his father: Ron (Elana) Kannewurf of Dupo, IL., his mother: Mary (Friend: Allen Kemp), nee Ladyman, Kannewurf of Dupo, IL., his brothers: Kevin Kannewurf & Anthony Williams, his sister: Kelly (John) Hayes, his grandmother: Catherine Ladyman, his grandfather: Harvard Range, he is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
