Mrs Winkler, was my 4th grade teacher, and her, and her husband use to live next to my Grandma when they first got married.
My grandma was Frieda Thiele and i too remember her...as a nice, smiling lady. she had warmth, and was always bringing goodies over for my grandma. this is sad, as its been some time since i seen her, and by seeing this, makes one think how precious life is.
BUT, i really think she is in heaven..just being as cordial as she always was. smiling, and, free
from all pain. "for behold, i make all things new again"
i hope her family finds peace and comfort knowing what others thought of this warm, and kind and
great teacher!!
Dear Stan, Leslie, Nicole & family: You have been in my thoughts & prayers the last few weeks. I want to share with you that there were many occasions when your wife/mother brought joy and happiness into my life; however, what stands out the most is the time she taught me a wonderful lesson about forgiveness when sharing her own personal childhood tragic situation with me. I will always be grateful for that. The other time was when, in my own family, I needed a friend to show loving care and kindness and Cheri did that with so much love and grace! Her days here were shorter than anyone would have wanted, but they were spent in love and service to others as well as all of you. You have been very blessed to call her wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister and friend. Thanks for sharing her with the rest of us. God Bless and Comfort all of you is my prayer.
Judith
The deepest of sympathies from my family to yours. Aunt Cheryl was an amazing woman with an amazing heart, she was loved dearly. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Cheryl was a very special woman and will be missed by everyone who knew her. She was my 5th grade teacher and was my favorite teacher. May the thoughts and prayers of those who love you comfort you at this time of sorrow. God Bless
So sorry to hear of your loss, prayers are with you.
