Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents: Edward and Virginia, nee Helfrich, Muskopf and her brother: Wayne Muskopf. Cheryl is survived by her husband: Eugene ôBillö Medlock, whom she married on January 8, 2000, her sister: Susie (Scott) Fritz of Smithton, her brothers: Larry Muskopf of Smithton and Roger (Joyce) Muskopf of Freeburg, her nephews: Scott (Stacey) Muskopf, CJ (Jennifer) Klein, Nathan Fritz, Jordan Fritz, Paden Muskopf, her niece: Amber Klein, her great nieces: Anna Muskopf, Lindsey Muskopf & Lauren Klein, she is also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois (305 Illinois St. Belleville, IL.)
