Charles 'Nick' Gramc, Jr. was born in East St. Louis, IL, son of the late Charles R. and Christine Marie (Johnson) Gramc, Sr.. Mr. Gramc was retired from the Belleville, IL, Police Dept.. He was a past member of East Lodge #504 - AF & AM, Belleville, IL, and an Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was the husband of Judy (Spotanski) Gramc, who survives him. They were married on October 28, 1972.
