Evie Pogorelac
I remember eating at Dairy Queen with him and D.Q. closing with us still in it. We had to get a janitor to unlock the doors to let us out.

I am shock to just here of this. I remember Charlie was a senior and I was a freshman at Madison high school. His mom and I both worked at Ravanellis. During the summer he would sometimes pic me up and take me and his mom to work in the morning.
My so in law was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer stage 4 two years ago next month. He has had slot of ups and downs but right now is doing very well. They ssohe is in remission. He is only 40 years old.
I am so sorry to hear this. Charlie was a sweet guy and was raised by good parents.

I worked and played some golf with Charlie some years ago. He was definitely a good guy. I'm sure that he will be missed by all who knew him.
All my best to his family.

Charlie was a "five minute friend" to me. It took about 5 minutes to like him forever. Always jovial, quick with a joke, and happy in his life. I will truly miss our conversations about life, love and of course, the Cardinals.
Bye-bye my friend.

Charlie always made us smile at Bi-State Development. He was quick to say something funny and we enjoyed his quick wit. We miss him.
If you got to go to one of his Kentucky derby parties, you were in for a treat. He and Becky were generous in opening their home to others; I was impressed by his love of baseball and all the memorabilia in his office. Many hugs go out to his family.
