Charles H. Marshall, 87 years, of Columbia, IL, passed away at de Greeff Hospice House, St. Louis, MO. He was born in Chicago, IL, the son of the late Charles W. and Alice (Herrman) Marshall. He had worked at Defense Mapping Agency as a cartographer in St. Louis, MO, and had been a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL. Charles was intrigued by all things Swedish. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. and was a Veteran of World War II. He was married to the late Evelyn (Keiner) Marshall. They were married on August 16, 1952, at DuQuoin, IL. She had passed away on December 22, 2004.
