Mr. Lambert was born Oct. 13, 1923, in St. Louis, MO, son of the late Charles W. and Alice (Faber) Lambert.He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, member of American Legion Post #581, and Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. He was a retired aeronautical information specialist for the U.S. government.
