He was born Tuesday, December 15, 1914 in St. Louis, MO, son of the late Richard J. Fluck and the late Irma (Fiegel) Fluck. He was a retired watchmaker at Famous Barr, St. Louis, MO, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus #6165, Columbia, IL.
