Catherine 'Kate' Mueller's Obituary
Catherine 'Kate' Mueller, 90 years, of Columbia, IL. She was born in East St. Louis, IL, the daughter of the late Michael and Barbara Choma. Catherine, known to most as Kate or Katie, was an avid John Wayne fan who also enjoyed watching her soap operas and game shows. She was a wonderful cook that always made sure her family had a geat meal with an even better dessert on the table. Most importantly, Kate was a devout Catholic and a devoted wife, sister, mother, and grandmother who will be forever missed and loved by all who knew her. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Caholic Church, Columbia, IL.She was married to the late Oscar Vernon Mueller. They were married on January 11, 1943, at East St. Louis, IL. He had passed away April 24, 1989.
