With great sadness I read about the passing of Carroll Crosley. Aged 90, being the same year of birth as my father Werner, Carroll and his dear wife Wyona hosted us together with Bill and Inge Salisbury in the 80ies and 90ies of last century at their lovely homes. We got the chance to have had them over in return at our place in South Lower Saxony/ Germany. Long years we stayed in letter contact. We followed family- events, good and bad, and the good memories stayed on and always will, beyond death.
Thankful for having known Carroll and thankful for his friendly hospitality he showed us, I bid a last farewell to him.
My condolences go out to his family near and far and I hope they will find most needed strength in knowing that they have each other and that Carroll' s large family will let him live forever in their stories and memories they shared together.
My heartfelt condolences go out to Wyona and I hope she will find strength in the support by her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren now.
