Carol L. Reinheimer, 67, of Columbia, IL, passed away of ovarian cancer. She was born in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Joseph and Cornelia (Wander) Rard. She was married to Donald C. Reinheimer, who survives her. They we Read Obituary
I will miss my cousins help as the two of us tried to keep our Swiss heritage active and accurate for the next several generations. Her Dad was one of my best friends and I will remember them both for the remainder of my life. Uncle Joe was resonsible for my first trip to our swiss families several villages in the canton of Valais in 1978. I know Carol was welcomed by many good family members. May this sweet, direct, frank and helpful cousine rest in peace with other angels.

I was so sad to hear of Carol's passing. I am honored to have known such a special person for the last 25 years. She had such a great attitude and loved her family and her life so much. She will be missed by many.
