Carol Ann Chandler's Obituary
Carol Ann (Deskey) Chandler, 63 years of Dupo, IL, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, MO. She was born February 18, 1961, in Jacksonville, FL.
On, May 1, 1979, in St. Louis, MO she was united in marriage to Mark Chandler and to this union two children were born. They shared forty four years of marriage together.
She enjoyed planting flowers, her cats, being outdoors and going fishing and camping with her family. Carol worked for G&B Bus company for 25 years until her retirement in 2014.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Chandler of Dupo, IL, her two sons, Brian (Krista) Chandler of Hammond, IL, and William (Rachel) Chandler of Millstadt, IL, her two sisters, Connie Deskey, and Barb (Ron) Muhich, numerous other relatives, and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harry C. Deskey, her mother, E. Mae (Dennis) Deskey and her brother, John Deskey;
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at the Leesman Funeral Home of Dupo, IL.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to Helping Strays of Monroe County 4221 Hanover Road, Columbia, IL 62236 .
