Carla Ann Burgdorf's Obituary
Carla Ann Burgdorf, 69, of Red Bud, IL., born June 9, 1955, in Brighton, MI., to the late Richard F. and Joan B. Themm, passed away Sunday, September 15th, 2024, in St. Louis, MO.
Carla was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family playing board games. She was a dedicated homemaker and raised five children. She loved butterflies.
Surviving are her Children, Carl "Gene" (Amy) Burgdorf, James (Mica) Burgdorf, Bronda Burgdorf, Andrew Burgdorf and Laura (Matthew Brock) Wolfmeier; her Grandchildren, Kimberly (Rogelio) Hernandez, Bryce Burgdorf, Lily Burgdorf, Alec Burgdorf, Jace (Casondra) Duncan, Aspen (Patrick) Sondag, Chrispin (Cassie McDonald) Moll, Aubree (Josh Brand) Whitehouse, Blayden Lewis, Eastin Wolfmeier, Dakota Wolfmeier, Kristi (Erick Crabtree) Burgdorf, Wyatt Burgdorf, Drake Burgdorf, Kimberly (Justin Swogger) Brem, Emily (Isaac) Miller and Kayla (Isaac Sneed) Wehrman; her Great-grandchildren, Carter Hernandez, Marcus Hernandez, Lincoln Hernandez, Adrienne Hernandez, Raylyn Duncan, Theo Sondag, Fletcher Sondag, Lainey Moll, Levi Miller and Amelia Crabtree.
She was preceded in death by her loving Husband, Ralph Burgdorf; Daughter, Kimberly Burgdorf; her sisters, Barbaralee Davis and Bonnie Hammonds; her brothers, Harold Themm and Robert Themm.
Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 28th, 2024, at Leesman Funeral Home, Red Bud, IL. Memorial services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will be in Red Bud City Cemetery.
