Brenda A. Gavach, 76 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born in Muskegon, MI, the daughter of the late Everett and Eva (Stitt) Brandon. Brenda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who always cherished the times that were spent together. She has been the office manager at Steffenauer & Associates CPA's, Inc., Columbia, IL for 20 years. Brenda had a deep faith, was a past church secretary, Sunday School teacher and youth leader, and is a member of Hope Christian Church, Columbia, IL. She was a member of the Avon President's Club for many years. Her favorite past-times were reading, crocheting, playing Scrabble, and crossword puzzles. She and her husband, Carl, were avid Wheel of Fortune watchers. They were married on October 1, 1955, at Muskegon, MI.
