Bonnie D. Beggs' Obituary
Cutler- Bonnie D. Beggs, 70, of Cutler, formerly of Evansville, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021, in Mt. Vernon.
Bonnie was born on May 10, 1951, in Peach Orchard, Missouri to Billy D. and Sonya G. (Lund) Coleman. She married David Beggs on April 1, 1994, and he preceded her in death in December 2018.
She was Pentecost and enjoyed quilting, embroidering and canning vegetables. Bonnie was retired from Wal-Mart in Cahokia where she worked as a cashier. Prior to that she worked at Kays Restaurant and worked as a cook and bartender at various places.
Survivors include her daughters- Penny Jolley of Baldwin and Patty (Dave) Murray of Pinckneyville, son- James Joseph, Jr. of Pontiac, nineteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren plus 3 on the way, brothers- Dillard Coleman of St. Charles, MO, and Michael Coleman of Benld and sisters- Donna Schultz of Benld and Darla Coleman of Cahokia as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son- Billy Jolly and daughter- Tammy Jolley who died in infancy and brother- Dwayne Coleman.
A memorial visitation will be from 5-7:00 PM, Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud.
