He is survived by his daughter: Christine Elizabeth Douglas, his sister: Tasha Tutor-Wiggins, his brother: Lucious Thielmann, his sister: Tabitha Pratt and he is also survived by other relatives & friends. Billy was a mechanic for American Motors. Memorials may be made to Neurofibromatosis Research.
