Billy M. Eckerd, 70, of Cadet, MO. Born, August 14, 1945 in Tenessee, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at his home.
Billy was a retired Welder from St. Louis Ship.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife, Cleta “Babe” Eckerd, (nee Cleaves), his parents, Raymond and Mary (nee Champion) Eckerd, and sister Brendia Chaney.
Billy is survived by his children, Dana (Roy) Staub, Brian Eckerd, Dawn (Mickey) Bowyer, Anton Eckerd, Dale (Ron) Hadley, Scott Hadley, sister Barbie (David) Pryor, brother Ronnie (Janet) Eckerd, he is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by other relatives & friends.
Memorials may be made to Donor’s Choice.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, IL.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, IL.
Burial will be in Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt, IL.
