Billie A. Wayland, 79 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. He was born in Ava, IL, the son of the late James and Addie, nee Pulcher, Wayland. Billie had worked at Fisher Scientific, St. Louis, MO, and later had helped his wife with their day care business. He was treasured by the children whose lives he touched. He was a member of St. Paul U.C. of C., Columbia, IL. Many folks will remember him walking their dog, Heidi, near their home in Columbia.. He was married to Johanna, nee Krick, Wayland, who survives him. They were married on October 7, 1956, in Columbia, IL.
