Billie R. Stacy, nee Evans 79, of Millstadt, IL born March 28, 1935 in Brilliant, AL died Friday, February 13, 2015 at her residence in Millstadt, IL..
Billie was a retired Assembly Technician with White Rogers and a proud mother, grand-mother, and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, Carl W “Tootie” Stacy, her parents, Landy and Roberta (nee Walker) Evans, her brothers James Evans, Sonny Evans, Joe Evans, and her sister Betty Willis.
Surviving are her children, Carla (Richard) Lock, Cheryl (Mark) Harris, and Charlotte (Steve) Gore: her sisters Mary Robbins, Lois Young, Elsie Stacy, her brother Rick (Karen) Evans, her grandchildren, Shayne (Bob) Elie, Jessica Lock, Justin Lock and Holly Gore; her great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Blake, Olivia and Ava, and her like son, Jerome Lock. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30p.m. at Strauss-Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, IL.
Funeral services will be at Strauss-Leesman Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 12:30 p.m.
Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
