Billie was preceded in death by his parents: Ezra & Margaret, nee Hempleman, Feltmeyer. He is survived by his wife: Ruth Feltmeyer, nee Steger, his children: Sue Brewster, Sandy (Dan) Gillam, Bruce (Faith Ann) Feltmeyer, Joe (Friend: Sheri) Feltmeyer, Cheri ôMyrtleö Feltmeyer, & Darrell (Julie Dickerson) Feltmeyer, his step-children: John Fitzgerald & Tina (Gary) Letner, his sister: Sharon Kay (Ralph) Hemmer, he is also survived by 11 grandchildren, other relatives & friends. Billie retired from the MOPAC/Union Pacific Railroad as a yard conductor in St. Louis, MO. He was a member of the Columbia Masonic Blue Lodge #474 A.F. & A.M. in Columbia, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children.
