Bill was preceded in death by her parents: Calvin & Louise, nee McPeters, Tice, his sisters: Edna Ann Tice & Betty Horton. Bill is survived by his friend: Terry Feilner, his sisters: Sharon Tice & Linda (Clarence) Osborne, and he is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Bill was a United States Army Veteran. He was a Medical Assistant for Metropolitan Hospital. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
