Betty Ann Pfeffer's Obituary
Betty Ann Pfeffer, 84 years of Waterloo, IL, formerly of Millstadt, IL., passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Oak Hill Care Center in Waterloo, IL. She was born November 19, 1941, in Red Bud, IL.
Betty was a home maker. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, IL., and Bluff Grange.
Surviving are her daughters, JoAnn (Darryl) Fults, Sandy (Terry) Farnsworth, and Laura (Patrick) Erwin, her grandchildren, Holly (Joel) Boeving, Justin Fults, Amanda Miller, Gregory, Nathan & Hannah Erwin, her great-grandchildren, Amelia Boeving, Brooks Boeving, Ellie Miller, Lilah Howard and Wesson Sullivan, her sister, Lou Ann Ruhmann, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. Pfeffer, her parents, Emil and Martha, nee Horcher, Becherer and a sister in infancy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and an hour before the service on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, IL, Funeral services will be held at11:00 a.m., onWednesday, January 21, 2026, at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, with Fr. Evaristus Akabueze, officiating. Interment will follow in the St. James Catholic Cemetery in Millstadt, IL.
