She is survived by her daughter: Lisa (Chris) Mollet, her grandchildren: Nathan & Zoe Mollet, her mother: Edna Probst, and her brothers: Roy Kirleis & James (Jodie) Probst. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends. Betty worked at Kerry Ingredients in Millstadt, IL. from 1994 û 2005. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Floraville, IL. & Modern Woodmen of America. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice.
