She had worked at Dr's. McCann and Cox, Belleville, IL. She had been a life-long member of Tower View Baptist Church, Belleville, IL, active member of American Legion Auxiliary-District 16, Salem, MO (past president) and past State of Missouri "Poppy" Chairman, active with "Meals on Wheels" in Salem, MO, and senior council president at Garden Place of Columbia, IL. She was married to the late Edward L. Dudley. They were married on August 16, 1953, at East St. Louis, IL. He had passed away January 31, 2007.
