Mrs. Rhoads was preceded in death by her parents: William Alexander & Katie, nee Grubb, Pennock, her husband: Billie Stanton Rhoads, & her aunt: Altie Grubb. Mrs. Rhoads is survived by her daughters: Kathy (Larry) Oltmanns of St. Louis, MO., & Julie (Terry) Derr of Columbia, IL., her granddaughter: Shannon Jacob, her sister: Alta Sue Axt of Kirkwood, MO., also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
