Bernice L. Buescher's Obituary
Bernice L. Buescher, nee Osborne, 90 years, of Red Bud, IL, passed away on December 16, 2017 at Red Bud Regional Care, Red Bud, IL. She was born April 16, 1927, in Holly Grove, AK, daughter of the late Jack and Emmy, nee Stephens, Osborne. She was married to the late Vernon Buescher. They were married September 7, 1946.
Bernice was a member of St. Peter United Church of Christ, Red Bud, IL. She had been a Senior Companion for many years, and was dedicated to those she served.
Surviving are her daughter, Peggy Lou Timmons of Marissa, IL; brother, Wiley Eugene (Lillian) Osborne of Joliet, IL; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Lee Allison; three sisters, Shirley, Gladys, and Ruby, and a brother, Payton .
Visitation will be Friday, December 22, 2017, 10:00 am - 11:00 am, at St. Peter U.C. of C., Red Bud, Red Bud, IL. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, at the church, at 11:00 am, with Pastor Lisa Hart, officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Bud City Cemetery, Red Bud, IL.
