Bernard Joseph Low, 102 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Sunset Hills Health & Rehab. Center, Sunset Hills, MO. He was born in Portland, OR, the son of the late Welcome and Theresa (Kruyer) Low. Uncle Bud, as he was known, had been a self-employed printer. He had been a member of American Legion Post 581 Columbia, IL. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II. He was married to the late Hilda (Humphrey) Low. They were married on June 1, 1944, at St. Louis, MO. She passed away in 1986.
