Barbara M. Tobin, 84 years of Evansville, IL, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, IL. She was born December 18, 1939, in Red Bud, IL.
Barbara was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, IL and the Red Bud Senior Center. Barbara enjoyed embroidering, quilting, playing bingo, jigsaw puzzles and she was a huge Elvis fan.
Surviving are her siblings, James (Carol) Tobin, Kenneth (Rebecca) Tobin and Mary Koenitz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. and Leona, nee Vogt, Tobin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. -11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, IL. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, IL, with Monsignor Dennis Schaefer, officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Red Bud, Illinois.
