OBITUARY
Barbara M Ollis
Barbara M. Ollis, 92 years of Belleville, IL., formerly of Marion, IL., passed away on January 2, 2019 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL. She was born February 2, 1926, in Carterville, IL. She was united in marriage to Wendell Ollis, on November 25, 1944.
Barbara was a member of First Baptist Church in Marion, Illinois.
She was employed as a bookkeeper at the Lake of Egypt Water Company and Kimmel Auto Parts.
Surviving are daughter, Margaret (Gary) Dunaway; son, Terry (Lynn) Ollis; four grandchildren, Kevin Dunaway, Michael Dunaway, Ryan Ollis, Jeremy Ollis; step granddaughter, Mary Kish; five great-grandchildren, Jake Dunaway, Ally Dunaway, Timmy Kish, Lili Kish, Kane Ollis; sister, Betty (PL) Montgomery; along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by father, Louie McGee; mother, Ella Armstrong; husband, Wendell Ollis; sister, Dorothy Barter.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 5, 2019, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, at Blue Funeral Home, Marion, IL. Services will be held at 12:00 pm, Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Blue Funeral Home, with Dr. Bob Dickerson officiating. Private burial will follow at the McKinney Chapel Cemetery.
