Audrey J. "Bob" Yates' Obituary
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo & Ethel, nee Grissom, Yates and his brother, Donald Yates. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Ethel Yates, nee Schablowsky of Dupo, Ill., his daughter, Audrey (Charles) Ridler of Millstadt, Ill., his grandchildren, Brittany & Ashley Ridler, his sister, Rosalie Phillips of Carterville, Ill., his special niece, Barbara (Wayne) Baumgarte. He is also survived by other relatives & friends. Mr. Yates retired from TWA working in the ramp service. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Columbia, Ill and the VFW Post 6368 in Dupo, Ill. He was a United States Air Force veteran and POW. Memorials may be made to the VFW Post 6368 in Dupo, Ill.
