Mrs. Touchette was born in Millstadt, IL, daughter of the late Urban A. and Anna (Biver) Jacobi. She was the widow of the late George E. Touchette, Sr., who passed away June 6, 1997. They were married April 19, 1933, in Belleville, IL. Memberships included Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Altar Sodality, Columbia, IL, Columbia Gymnastic Assoc. Aux., and the Columbia Senior Citizens.
