Arlou Koch was born in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Frank and Hilda (Huch) Weilbacher. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. She was the wife of August C. Koch, who survives her. They were married in Columbia, IL on December 18, 1949.
