Arlou M. (McDonald) Baltz, 73, of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was born in Waterloo, IL, the daughter of the late Albert and Annie (Marquardt) McDonald. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL, and she had been very active at the Monroe County YMCA. She was married to Arthur A. Baltz, who survives her. They were married on October 11, 1958, at Waterloo, IL.
