Arleen Frances Weilbacher, 74 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Barnes Jewish Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. She was born in Belleville, IL, the daughter of the late Leland Freimuth and Virginia (Reichert) Freimuth, who survives her, of Waterloo, IL. Arleen and her husband Joseph 'Joey' Weilbacher had owned and operated the Columbia Decorating Center for many years. She was married to the late Joseph Weilbacher. They were married on February 5, 1959. He passed away October 29, 2010.
